I started taking Green Supreme with Chromium Picolinate 6 months ago.  I am a diabetic, have osteoporosis severely and am overweight.  At the time I had lost 60 pounds over 3 years and was starting to gain it back.  My weight climbed to 200 lbs. I started taking Green Supreme Barley a month ago.  I used to wake up in the morning and literally roll out of the bed.  I was so stiff and sore I had to take a hot shower to get going.  After 4 days on the barley, I realized I didn't hurt anymore!  My 70 year old husband asked me if he could take some to see if it would help his hip and legs that hurt all the time.  After 4 days he said his hip and legs felt good and the pain wasn't there when he got up and walked.  he's gotten on a ladder and cleaned gutters last week and didn't take a 2-day rest before he got going again.  He cut grass yesterday and is golfing this morning.  He was such a skeptic!  We both feel really good.  Thanks, Eileen

I'm writing to tell you how much Green Supreme Barley has helped me.  Two years ago I got Lyme Disease.  After my initial treatments with antibiotics, I would have many symptoms of Lyme.  In general I just didn't feel good.  I started taking Green Supreme after hearing it helped someone else.  My Lyme symptoms have been much less severe.  I ran out once and didn't get more to replace them.  After a couple of weeks my symptoms got much worse.  I won't run out again!  I don't know how it works, but it definitely does.  Thanks, P.M., Pennsylvania

I started taking your Green Supreme Barley with Cayenne about one year ago.  Seven weeks into using them I noticed a change in my angina attacks.  They were fewer and a lot less severe and I didn't use nitro, as much.  I then added your cayenne capsules to my regimen and now my angina is a faint memory.  It is hilly here on the coast of Maine where I walk and ride my bicycle with very little difficulty.  As for energy, all I can say is "look out world here I come."  I'll be 70 soon.  I had a heart attack at 45 and two open heart operations and I feel GREAT thanks to diet and your fine products.  D.F., Maine

As for the Barley with Cayenne pills, they obviously help my stomach.  I only have 1/3 of it, they took most of my stomach out because of ulcers.  I though cayenne would make it more sore, but it does not.  It seems to assist digestion and also helps with my arthritis pain and sensitive sinus reactions - at least I know it is helping because I am doing so much better lately.  I am taking both kinds of barley.  (So is Betty and she is doing great too.)  Blessing to all of you!  H. and B.
